    I've got a batch of Gyulai Kolbász cold smoking now...I'm going to the Dollar Store to pick up 4 more bags as soon as it opens! I'll have to break out the monster colander this time.

    Mmm, kimchee wraps! I know what I'm making next weekend! I'll have to make some kalbi for the family... that's the only way I get to eat kimchee. Oh, kimchee stewed with some beef is great too!

    What kind of smoke do you use..

    I used hickory and oak pellets on my last smoke. I'm going to order some Bourbon Barrel pellets from Todd and try them next time.

    I questioned before if anyone had ever smoked Velveeta, well, now I have! And some other cheese with it... Mmm, sweet colored cheese food... And yes it's soft! In with the rest of the cheese 4 hours later, the outside temp was 38 and the inside temp of the smoker never went above...
