So I smoked a large brisket about 2 weeks ago on my offset.
Tender, juicy and great tasting. I sliced up what was left over and put in freezer.
My question is… what is the best way to heatup, nuke, broil,? some slices to get that just smoked brisket back again?
Like BlueWhisper said an offset can alsoIMAG0067_1_1.jpg (126k. jpg file) be used as a small grill ,and if it has
a warming plate , a pot of beans or in this case sum eggs& scrapple while smokin brisket in the AM.
