    Butcher paper wrapping

    I have a full roll of white for wrapping homemade sausage can that be used for brisket and such for wrapping instead of foil or do I need the pink stuff??

    Whats your favorite all around bbq sauce???

    I'm a big fan of killer hogs rubs ("the rub",and A.P. rub) matter a fact just ordered 5lbs of each however their bbq sauce not so much... So looking for good sauce. Made my own in the past and not interested in that. Dont like it too sweet. thanks

    water pan

    just ordered the rt700 anyone use a water pan for smoking with these? is it necessary? I always used one with stick burners....
