    Help me decide

If you don't go with the stacker route - which actually looks pretty cool - I'd get the 22.5".  ALWAYS get the biggest you can get.  You never know when you'll need the capacity.

    Storing your WSM?

The OEM cover from Weber is surprisingly well made.  It's been over 2 years now and still looks pretty good.  When it does fail, I think I'd buy another one from Weber even if it's a few more bucks!

    Storing your WSM?

I live in SoCal so my WSM gets wet 3 - 4 times per year like it or not  ! The cover that came with my WSM does a pretty good job of keeping it dry when it does rain.

    CA BBQ Association Event

I've competed at this event (Vista) every year and it is a good one.  Lots of great teams and about half are serving up some great People's Choice.  We'll have ABT's, Pig Candy, Pulled Pork, Tri Tip, Brisket, and more.  Please stop by the Meat, Inc. team and say hi!  We'll see you out there!

    CA BBQ Association Event

Scarbelly - thanks for the words!  BUT - just to avoid confusion - the event this Saturday is at Pechanga - still a nice place to unwind but a few miles away! Have fun at the fair - I hear they have deep fried whole sticks of butter.  If they figure a way to wrap them in bacon, I'm in!
