Beautiful night out so why not get some chops out of the freezer and onto the grill. Seasoned with Famous Dave rib rub. I could put that stuff on a leather shoe and I'm sure I'd still eat it. I'm not at the point of making my own rub and I am sure there are some not so mainstream runs out there...

Welcome Duboos,I lived in Minot for several years but have since moved back south. Can't say I miss the cold weather but I sure do miss the ice fishing. On the plus side though, I can smoke year around now!
