    Follow up!  Just got an email from Amazon about that TSM manual 20 lb mixer for  27.55  The seller TAHOE Ecommerce cancelled the order,due to what they call a "pricing error".  Don't think I will be interested in anything else they are trying to sell.

    I will second usingTodd's Matz in a dehydrator  They work great, and cleanup is a breeze, just slide your stuff off the Matz, and wash the Matz. Couldn't be any easier!

    Clean out chips/chunks?

    In my Smoke Vault, i only use chunks, and dump the ash out when they are used up.  I then replace with more chunks as needed.  Not too much need for soaking in H2O since the water would need to evaporate before the chunks can generate smoke.
