    Yes, With the factory wheels the axels are only 6 inches long.  The 1/2 inch rod I used for the axel is available at any big box store. The rod is 3 ft long so obviously the axel does not need to be that long. Using a hack saw, I trimmed the excess after fabricating the axel.   If you don't...

    I have looked at his prices, which are good.  However I am retired on a fixed income. I can not afford to make such a large purchase. Also no not have the space to store that many bags of pellets. To me  6 or 8 bags at $100.00 is a large purchase.

    I agree, they are Alder based. But unless you know of a vendor closer than Black Doiamond Cash and carry saves me a 2 hour round trip.
