    I was searching around last weekend on something new to put on the UDS, after some research on here Smoking some burgers was the evening event, and let me tell you if you have not attempted this yet stop what your doing and get the smoker going lol.. This was a real treat about 2hr 15mins...

    Which is better - Baby Back Ribs or Spare Ribs (cut St. Louis style)?

    I also just go by what mood I'm in, do both quite frequently spare using 3-2-1 and usually baby backs straight away that come out perfect.
