    Hey Guys,  I put on a 4 lb brisket last night about 1:00, thinking it would be done in the afternoon. I was going to let it rest 2-3 hours and have for dinner.  Unfortunately, brisket was done at 11:00. Should I leave it in the cooler covered in towels all day, or refrigerate and reheat...

    Just took a few pics of the turkey: 15 pounder, brined over night, butter & rub smeared under the skin, Tony C's Creole in the cavity. after one hour in the smoker at 250, hickory & cherry smoke. finished bird, 20 minutes fried at 350 got it up to 165. Very pleased with the results...

    okay, got the photos fixed. sorry! Here's dinner: wings, brat, ABTs chili & homemade ginger ale. ABTs were great, crispy bacon & good smoke. Wings were okay, tried a bottled sauce that wasn't great. Otherwise a successful smoke.
