There was a little marinade in the pan just from when I pulled the chicken out of the bowl in was in. As it smoked it became even more full of marinade. This stuff was very moist and sweet!!! I did not want the breast meat to dry out so that is why I left it in the pan.

I was told to be careful of doing this because they still have the junk in them that makes them stink and once you water it down and drain the whole neighborhood will think there is a massive gas leak somewhere
I am not sure but I will find out when I pull the tanks off the trailer. they loaded them with a small forklift with no problem and we moved them on the trailer pretty easy. I would guess about 350lbs to 400lbs
