    Spareribs on the Lang

    Got a deal on some spareribs at local butcher. Rubbed them down with a heavy brown sugar rub and fridges them overnight. Hot and fast on my Lang 36 patio using Apple wood

    Wrap time - packer splits easy its super juicy! Switching flat to fat up and wrapping in butcher paper Point gets a little extra rub where it was seperated from the flat and back in the smoker no wrap

    Rub is 1/2 cup kosher salt, 1/2 cup fresh ground pepper, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Onion powder and 1 tsp spicy oregano
