A yum! I recently started watching a cajun chef work his magic and it always looks good. Ingredients are good, I am just imagining the flavors. This winter I do believe I'll be trying some of this stuff.
Mighty fine dish you have there!!!
Very nice! Smoked food is addicting for sure. Sometimes actually doing the cooking is "almost" as good as the eating. Looking forward to seeing some of your cooks!
Good to know. If it's a small(er) amount of food, sometimes tools take longer to clean than it takes to use them. I'm the dish washer of the house so....
As always with potato salad, flavors meld and always tastes better the next day. This is VERY true with smoked eggs in there. A few hours in the fridge is good, but the next day every bite is smokey YUM!
Thanks all!! She sure is a keeper, like magic in the kitchen. I better watch out because if she starts to fire up the smoker I think I might be out of a job! We were going to have a side salad as well but since she got stuck doing it all we just called it good.
Anyway, flowers have been since...
Awesome looking ribs! And yes, smoked eggs is where it's at! I don't think I'll ever have plain potato salad again!
Also, those are probably the best looking ribs I have ever seen come from a Walmart. I always look at them for fun and all they are is bones at my Walmart.
