thanks guys it is cold around 29 degrees and windy ok here is a little more about the smoke the butt was 7 1/2 lb rubbed with bilbos rub the pastrami was a cornbeef i soaked and rubbed with som cbp and some bilbos rub i love that stuff the fattie was a breakfast fattie stuffed with pancakes and...
