Its 32 here right now and I just put #5 of Salmon on the MES with a full AMNPS of corn cob!! 12 hrs@ what ever it wants to run at with no power!! This is perfect weather for smoking!!

I haven't used that exact one but have used other Bakwood stuff and the flavors were good. Remember this is a seasonng kit for a jerky marinade, make sure it has cure in it, you will not want all of the water the kit calls for. If it is a kit for 5# of meat and calls for like 2.5 cups of water I...
You can order your pig minus the head. But you will not get to eat the cheeks and jowls and those are like the filet mignon of a pig roast.
