My guess is that the show is oriented toward apartment-dwelling city slickers. The show should be titled, "Best in Grilling...." If you've ever had "BBQ" in NYC, you'll understand their mindset.- barbacoa666

My hobby is cooking. I like to smoke, but with everyone's kids reaching adulthood, family get togethers are down. I'm down to cranking-up my smoker 3-4 times a year.
