    Well since I had a pulled pork under my belt I decided why not... why not some bird. Turkey for that fact. So I went to the store bought some Turkey and away I went. Smoked at 240 about 3 hours. Mix of Cherry, Apple and Hickory wood. Creole Butter injected and some store bought applewood rub...
