    How long did that take to clean up? Someone should have warned you about setting the time turns on the heating element.

    Never been to Franklin's because of the long line and my arthritics however been to the Original Salt Lick many times. I used to work downtown but Franklins always sold out before noon.

    My AMNPS arrives today! but I anticipate a problem. Back when I grilled I timed my cooking with drinking a beer. If this thing is really as self tending as you say it is and I believe you, I may have to give up drinking while cooking. This was usually the only time I drink.

    More clues have surfaced. We called it a Rib Roast, and it was not a cut of meat. It was assembled with sticks holding it together.

    Unlike the Crown roast the bones did not stick out over the top and Crown roasts are expensive. Like I said we were poor :-) (Still are) Unfortunatly all of my family has passed so there is no one to ask.

    No cigar. The 7 bone roast has only one bone whose cross section looks like the number sevan. The roast I remember was surrounded around perimeter with bones.
