    Not long - maybe an hour or so. Here's the rub I used: 6 T kosher salt 4 T paprika 2 T ground coriander 3 T brown sugar 1 T coarse ground black pepper 1 T dry mustard 2 T garlic powder All those measurements are "ish" - as in, 1 tablespoon-ish.
