    Smoking ribs the day before?

Yes, I usually let them thaw for a day in the refrigerator and then in the hot water. They will not be completely thawed after 1 day in the fridge but I find that this works fine. May need to change water depending on how marge your sink is and how large the rib package is. When they feel VERY...

    Smoking ribs the day before?

I almost always end up with left over ribs. I like to smoke 3-4 slabs at a time and invite the grandkids over for a "fingerlickin" night. With leftovers I need to agree with mule. I have refrigerated them and then nuked 'em and they are edible but they do get a little tougher that way. Also...

    What's Your Worst Meal Story??

The low & slow smoking gives the best deep flavor. Next would come the baking, straight grill and then lastly boiling...

    Beef Rib Sauce

Thanx Fourthwind Maybe I will try my pork rib sauce with the beef ribs next time. It is sweet, but not very spicy (grandkids....) When I do my pork ribs I end up putting them in brown sugar/honey while they spend some time in foil. I will skip that for the beef and see how the sweet sticky BBQ...

    Beef Rib Sauce

I have a great recipe for pork rib rub and sauce. I have a good recipe for beef rub but can not figure out a really good sauce for the beef ribs. I don't think I want it very sweet and my grandkids don't like it real spicy. The sauce I make now has Worchester sauce, steak sauce, beef broth, etc...
