    I love chicken burgers! Yours look great. I make one with dijon mustard, worsteschire sauce and a few other spices mixed into the patties and then stuff them with bleu cheese and bacon. They are awesome.I really like the spice mixture in your burgers and that cilantro probably brightens things...

    I was assuming he was referring to a picnic with the skin on. I definitely wouldn't advise removing the fat. Fat side up does some nice self basting!
