    A cheap way to start is Emeril's Essence. Add turbinado or brown sugar to it, take a taste and then you can adjust it to your liking with more ingredients if you choose.

    Yeah they stay around that price at Sam's. Every now and again I get lucky and find them for 99 cents a lb. $2.88 a lb would hurt!

    Scarbelly introduced me to smoked mozz. Its ten times better than regular. A nice smoked Gouda also does it for me.

    Finally got the pics up. Did some ABTs with spicy italian chicken sausage. We had some friends over and had a great time. I've got quite a bit of PP leftover and will probably freeze some and give some away. Thanks for checking out this smoke. Steve
