    Wow, Thanks for the replies so far! Great info... JIRodriguez - I was planning on flipping the charcoal tray over but had not yet worked with extendning the chimney down. I did pick up a digital thermoter at Lowes and tested will seasoning the main chamber the other night... working very well...
