    Smoked it at 240 for 2 hours in my MES30 using Apple wood. Came out fantastic. The meat was just right.

    Shot a nice moose last week and had to try a beer can burger. Fried some mushrooms and peppers. Topped with pepper jack cheese and sprinkled some smoked paprika and chipotle chili powder before going into the smoker.

    Buttermilk Brine for Pulled Chicken????

    I love making pulled chicken and since I've joined here I have been reading about buttermilk brine for chicken. Would this help with my pulled chicken????
