    Thank you much appreciated on the advise I will give it a try that way next. The water hose part is a cool idea. Will be using that also. It’s definitely gonna take me a few burns and cooks to figure things out. I have nothing but time from here on out. Kinda like que it can’t be rushed 🤣🤣🤣🤣

    I am not trying to run it crazy hot. On the first season and after paint burn in lol. Not to bad over all the upper racks are a little hotter but I don’t feel that’s too bad. Idk what u guys think?

    Thanks. I did a test burn a few weeks back and it went great. Should be good to go actually. Need to season and bake the paint with some small burns this week so I will get to mess with it some more.
