Same here,all my heating comes from wood,has been for 12yrs or more saves alot of money over a winter,and get some good wood for smoking as a bonus.

Hi Div,the Butt I did this week took just over 2hrs to get from 170 to 180.I guess no two Butts are the same (aint that the truth lol)
