yeah thats fine,I never rap mine,get them to 190 and rap in foil and towel and then in cool box for over an hour,works for me.But I see that there are lots of different ways,the end result is the same.Some Real Good Eatn
Hunted in Arkansas afew years back,one night we had smoked turkey ,shot the day before.Well I hunted there the following year and my buddy smoked a port butt and as they say the rest is history.8yrs on and I'm an adict.
I started with an ECB,and moved up to a Chargriller snp with side fire box,and have only used wood on it,works just fine,get another thermometer the one fitted is as much use as a chocolate kettle
Are the holes about 1/4 to 1/2 " and have you seen any beetles 1-1 1/2 " long black in colour with white dots and antennae twice the length of their body
