    Prime rib turned out good, it was super windy sat hard time keeping the temp down, I did 4 beer can chickens today came out awesome

    Well my name is Rob live in wayland mi little hick town. Been smoking meat for a couple of years now. I'm in the middle of designing a trailer built smoker, then maybe making them to sell if I can keep the cost down. Well that's me keep smoking that meat
