Pit boss Copperhead 3 series
I top it off every two hours you can let it go longer but once waterpan is half full its gone in an instant (not really but you know how it is when grilling and chilling) so stay on top of it- Will Smoke

its good just make sure to keep water in the water pan, i've done some long smokes in it and bbq tasted so good makes you wanna slap yo mamma, the hopper is huge on this thing, at least eight hours minimum- Will Smoke

Pit Boss 820 issues
set up a water pan to help stabilize temp, when turning up unit it usually spikes i've gotten use to this whenever i turn up i check after 15 min or so, sometimes i can get away with adjusting smoke cap but often i let some of the heat escape. my p setting is at four i did play with it for a...- Will Smoke

electric smoker hmmm this is not the truth my opinion... electric is like having the things that turn red in oven that creates heat and you add wood chips/pellets to a pan to get smoke flavor vs the pellets giving you heat and smoke I for one would definitely lean toward the pellet smoker even...- Will Smoke
