    Today is my first smoke on the MES. I picked up two racks of baby back ribs. I'm wondering if the cook time with change because I also had to cut them in half.

    Never had beef ribs before, what cut do they taste most like?  Also do they stay pretty moist, they looked like they shrunk a lot?  Rookie smoker just asking.

    Hello, I had a Brinkmann Gourmet Electric Smoker, got rid of it real quick, and about to buy a MasterForge Propane Smoker.  Active Duty Air Force, currently stationed in NW Florida.  Looking to get into some serious smoking.
