Today is my first smoke on the MES. I picked up two racks of baby back ribs. I'm wondering if the cook time with change because I also had to cut them in half.
Never had beef ribs before, what cut do they taste most like? Also do they stay pretty moist, they looked like they shrunk a lot? Rookie smoker just asking.
I appreciate all of the welcome and thank yous. But, I'm no hero, the real heroes are the guys kicking in doors and putting bombs on target. Looking forward to getting some smoke rolling though!
