    Yes it will collect smuge and such, But as cheap as the fans are, just replace them when needed. I have an exhaust fan on my big sausage smoker, have to clean it every now and then. It was made for heat,but not really for the smoke. Dave

    I use "Leggs" seasonings, and get them from RBH out of Florida, cheapest place that I have found, about 1/2 of AlliedKenco or Butcher Packer. They used to have a web site, but you have to call them now. 904-964-4975 / 800-364-0042....real nice people, you can get casings from them too. DAve
