Haven't had one of these in probably 20 years, I seem to remember them being a "greasy". Never smoked one before so open to ideas for a possible turkey day replacement seeing as how there will be only two of us.. I assume a brine would be the first step.

I ran out of propane for the torch I use to light my smoke tube. I had watched a uTube where the guy used a heat gun to light the tube so I gave it a try. It took about the same amount of time to get the tube going and it was a lot easier. Time to retire the torch
