    We had a great meal !!  Leg Quarters really moist, no brine, cooked at 250 for 2 hrs, IT 180, just a spicy rub. Squash - Split, stuffed with sausage, butter, S7P, cinamon, and nutmeg...2 hrs, 250..of course my famous cole slaw... Just going on the grill:

    Dave - everything came out great...I like the minion method. I got about four hours of consistant temps before I had to start fussing with it.     Cab - your results were better then mine! What type of smaoker, what type of charcoal did you use? I have the Chargriller Pro SFB. I got about fours hours before I had to start fussing with it...then the last hour I had to deal with too much ash build up..all in all I like it. Trying it again...
