I have a Maverick E-7 with 2 probes and they are dead on.....just wish I could could the temp down to 230 and hold it there....any suggestions?- animal54

Hello to all: Brought my new smoke hollow home....took my brother in-law 45 mins to put together and.............smokin like CRAZY........I have found out if you load both trays with chips and a few chunks....it works great. The thing I also found, if you use 1 burner at a time.....switching...- animal54

Good Morning Dave.....also baked patatos are super and easy. Wash the skins, rub some olive oil on them, apply some sea salt.....let the go for say 2 hours and BANG!!!! You will love them...- animal54

Hello Alan......the best thing to do is go with what you think will work, and play with it. I have a Masterbuilt electric and tomorrow I am getting a Smoke Hollow propane. I am also trying to make up my mind and get one also......let me know if you do and what do you think of it. I did call the Smoke Hollow number from thier home page and they were very helpfull. The number is 866-475-5180..M thru Fri 8am to 4:30 pm...central time- animal54

Thank-you..........so if I use say 2 to 3 chunks.........it will give me a ton of smoke? I also agree with the air flow.......do you think 1/4 or more open will do that?- animal54

Love smoking all kinds of meat.......
