    My first "smoker" was an Orion. It comes with 3 rib hangers. It only takes an hour and a half and they are done in it.     Master Forge Rope Gasket

    I couldn't get the rope gasket locally either so I was in Ace Hardware and they sell a replacement felt gasket for The Big Green Egg. I put it on both the door side and the smoker side and it works great. Just make sure it is clean,  peel the plastic off the back and stick it on.
