They look awesome James. I love portobellos on the grill. I am definitely going to try this recipe along with one or two with some sausage as well. Poking the portos to let out moisture is a great tip also, Thanks!
Definitely will be flying the Red, White and Blue.
I have heard its very good, just never had the chance to try it, though I would if it was available. Definitely have eaten Gator, only fried and grilled, never smoked. I would think it would be to tough if smoked but once again not sure. Anybody????
Wow, great lookin chow Raptor. The mullet looks delicious, I can almost taste it. Sounds like a good trade off, finger food for her, Prime Rib for you!
Welcome Alex! I wonder how many members are from Florida. I lived in Tampa for most of my life and decided to move a little farther north to get away from the big city (LOL) and wouldn't you know it they all followed me. Been living in the Lutz area now for 14 years.
I use the Blue Bag or Stumps when I can get it. I have used the Kingsford Competition as well. I personally have not used lump all that much though I probably will when I start making pizzas on the grill.
Prayers sent to you and Ma Dutch! Hang in there brother, went through it with my father. My middle sister and myself lucked out and it skipped us but now my little sister is having problems and they are watching it closely.
Glad they caught it early.
