I've checked out that site before nice stuff there the one thing on that site I would love to get is there stacker for the WSM. the only dealer around me is 2 1/2 hours away...
I've been working on a wiki on a fishing forum that I help Moderate and it's a nice addition to that site... makes the whole site come together and for new members it's a great quick resource to gain info fast and gets them in to the discussion knowing more and giving them a sense of confidence...

My self I'm doing up one bird whole and two breast still thinking whether to just use a simple brine or go with something with more flavor. Any thoughts on some different brine mixes would be great..

OK I know that this has been tossed around before but my question is do most use Boston butts for pulling or would you go with just a cheap cut of pork, just the other day Sam's club had pork loins for a $1.38 lb butts were $1.28 would loin make better pulled pork or Butts.....

Click on users cp at the top of the page then click on edit Options on the left side.
Scroll down till you see the Private Messaging box and make sure that (Enable Private Messaging) is checked.
That's about all you have to do. :)
