    I'll go along with the other wrap and store in fridge, heat in oven. I myself fell that when you nuke it, it take away some of the taste that is my 2cents.

    Basic pork chops

    Will be doing two 7# bone in pork loins Thursday. Made a simple brine of salt, sugar and pepper with cure#1 going to smoke until temp is 150. wrap and towel for 1 to 2hrs then slice to 11/2" chop to be cook on the grill this weekend. Wife wants some of it slice real thin for her eggs. this...

    The taste was great on all of the smoke. The gator was smoke until cust form, then cool cut and breaded with cornmeal and deepfried, it was great just the right amount of smoke taste and boy was is it juicie, while smoking had it under the bacon wrap shrimp and oyster.

    Crockadale I like to wrap my gator in bacon smoke for 1hr then beer bater them up and deep fried, on the ribs will do a 11/2hr smoke then wrap in tin cook for 2hrs out and on to the grill to finished. I have had good review on this way of cooking. But I'm always open to any good advise thanks

    Smoking a lost art

    Been sitting around here for a couple of wks. Trying to learn all that I can this is one of the best site for smoking and learning about brine and all the others good stuff. I have a Bradley and it is one the best smoker that I've owned. Ya'll kept up all the good advice.
