Well they need a little grill time to finish off. I am happy with the flavor a nice mild smokey taste with a little bite from the bryons butt rub. I wish they had a better smoke ring, WSM used less then half of the ring. I know someone will sound in with a little advice.

Smoking three racks of ribs and then 3 whole birds. I am going to do chicken halfs seems allot easier to handle. I have a bag of pecan thinking that would be good for the birds. I used maple,hickory and cherry for the ribs.

Next weekend planning on smoking two or three birds and maybe a rack of ribs. Tring to decide how much charcoal to use. Ie: half a ring or ??? I just hate to waste.
