Well I got the other 2 cabinets home this afternoon... Will get pics of them up this weekend at some point... The original intention at this point for them is to put them on the end of the big cabinet with a gas burner under them to use them as a warming/holding box.. but the more I look at them...
I use C&C for all my briskets have never had a bad one come out of there... They recently started carrying Angus packers for about 5-7 cents a pound more than choice... I've probably cooked 20-30 of the Angus in the last few months and I am hooked... Tender, Juicy with great flavor...

That sounds about right to me as well, I always hedge my bets though and would have a couple 3 dozen ABT's made up and in the smoker by 1500 as a just in case...
