I bought a roll of galvanzied aluminum flashing to line the inside lid of my offset to maintain better heat should i go with regular aluminum and return the galvanized?
Whats a good method of cleaning ash build up on the bottom of the firebox while cooking without losing to much heat that i have going? I use a small weber wok with more holes drilled out on bottom to increase air flow on bottom it does an ok job but until i build a basket its wat i got to deal with.

Thats what i was thinking costco did it terms of slight trimming...just didnt kno if it was me or not. Bc u commonly see these long wide membranes being pulled ya know
I get my st louis cuts from costco, and when removing membrane it seems so difficult and so little. Does anybody else have thus problem or am i doing it wrong. I tried everything from a spoon to towel. Will take pics next time i cookem up. Was just curious if maybe they would be different then...

Im in the market as well and was going to by the 5 burner brinkman thats in home depot. Another user on here said i shoukd look into the dyna glo 5 burner and i must say after reading the reviews it looks like a no brainer.. hopefully the experience is a little better.
