Do they still make New Braunfels griller/smokers?

I checked out company info in a google business search and found the answer: The W.C. Bradley family of companies has a history of changing and evolving to meet the ever-changing consumer needs and market conditions. The values of integrity and stewardship have been the constant standards that...

    Extreme Shark Smoking Discussion

I've caught a lot of shark and grilled a lot of shark. Not store bought packets of filets. I will tell you right now, if you do not catch that shark and immediately gut it, then let it swim for quite a while, your meat will taste like crap (actually cat urine). By gutting and letting it swim it...

First Prime Rib on my Weber kettle for the Inlaws.

Thanks, I know you know much about grilling and smoking but for the life of me I couldn't figure out why in the world you would have a pine 2x4 in the pit! Those dripping spots looked too much like knots in the wood and I just had to ask. Thanks, WC

    Extreme Shark Smoking Discussion

You definetly want to skin the shark because they urinate through their skin. I would cut them into 2" steaks and smoke them. I'll be going out this week and if I can get something over 54" I will be smoking it. (Unless I catch a black tip, no size limits). WC

If you ever stop by the ACE Hardware in Webb City, say hello to my sister. She owns the store. I hope you didn't get hit with the tornado in May...

    Hi from the Ozarks

Welcome to the site. That's a perfect roll call if ever I read one. I'm from Joplin originally and love when people from the Ozark area posts on the forum. I am sooo envious: I'm a stick burner and would love a truck load or two! Thanks for posting and looking forward to future posts and pics...

temp question on my side box smoker

I read a couple of the reviews on the unit in your link.  Make sure and read this one. "Looks great, smoker not so good Date:July 9, 2012 Product looks fantastic and is very easy to assemble. Propane side works real well, heats up FAST! I find it burns a little hot even at lowest setting for...

    double barrel smoker

You mean like this? This is entirely stainless steel. A friend of mine owns it. It's 20 years old and he's used it in a lot of competitions and has been very successful with it. The down side......burns much more fuel compared to most stick burners. He soaks his logs overnight to keep...
