Thumbs Up You wanna pass those around! Did they take on much smoke? Been thinking of getting the AMNPS myself. You could throw the eggs in the smoker at 230 for about 1 1/2 hours instead of boiling them on the stove. Give em a try :grilling_smilie:
Thank you! I would love if it stayed at 245* but it has gotten up to 261* and I'm sure with the sun getting hotter so will the smoker. But what do ya do? Thanks again!
Just stuck it with the prob, IT is 154* after 5 1/2 hours
I should state that I brined this butt in a mixture of water, apple cider vinegar, salt and flavors. Used my own rub and I think I used to much sugar as it's starting to burn already and it has a while to go yet.

I would think it would be higher after 5 hours, however each slab of meat has its own mind and time. Maybe you won't have a hard stall and it will coast right threw!
