    Right on the IT at 200* Personally I'd stay around 250* even in the oven, are you running out of time?

    Giving a lil spritz with apple cider, apple cider vinegar and some finishing sauce. IT is 181*, I won't spritz to much till it gets closer to final temp, it was more of a chance to peak! I know I know, if your looking your not cooking
