    Hello from the Pacific Northwest - Seattle

    My name is Scott and I live in Seattle WA.  I have a Big Chief Smoker and a Weber gas BBQ.  In the future I'm looking at roasting a whole pig in a pit.  I like to hunt and fish and have smoked elk and Salmon.
