    I'm horrible at this, we ate it all and I forgot to take pics of the finished product, again...but it was really good, that rum injection worked nicely and you could not taste the alcohol at all.

    6 hours at 285 on the Kamado Joe with hickory. Wrapped for the last 2h. Very tender as well as tasty.

    I'm sorry, didn't take pictures, but it was really good. The grill ran out of coals and dwindled to 250 degrees so I took the picnic inside to the oven for 45 minutes at 350.

    IQ120 manual says use half the charcoal, no way, at 350 I've had to refill it twice now...

    Thanks for the input; yes I want roasted pork. I do not want it to fall apart like it does for pulled pork, at 200 internal degrees I believe it is.

    Cooking at 350 to internal temp 190. Anyone has an estimate on the hours it will take? All the videos I've seen are at 250 or so and 1h per pound at that temp. I'm cooking at 350 because we do not eat pulled pork (rarely), we slice it and also like the skin crispy, chicharron style!
