I too got one of the pellet smokers from Todd before he got them on site. Now I have both a pellet and a duster model. Got uses for both of em. Todd is a great guy to deal with too, and turns out a very good piece of equipment.
I smoked my first turkey breast today on my mes-30. 250 degrees for appx. 5 hours. Pulled at 160. Skin was not edible but meat sure was good. Also threw in a couple of pork tenderloins. Smoked for about 2 hours and pulled at 165.
Todd your new size is not on your website. How can I get one of these as I have a MES30 and this seems to be the thing. I have a 6 X 6 already but would sure go for this one.
