First Time Smoking Spare Ribs! Qview

Going to try some spare ribs on Saturday morning! This will be my third smoke ever. I have done my research on here and will be doing 3-2-1 with some intermittent spritzing and checking with the bend test. Any further sage advice for a complete newbie?

Hello! I am new to smoking using a Char-Broil Off-Set Smoker. Though unmodified, I have had some good results with my first two smokes; chicken breast and a roast. I hope to soon add some mods to get more consistent temps with less babysitting. These forums are great and very helpful!
