    I have a mod now on my 30.. I'm kinda thinking about the s model not the one that uses chunks with a separate element... that way my hose and mod from my MES 30 should work this is my current setup ..I did ribs last weekend and had to cut them

    As for the smoke flavor does the smoker have a smoke setting try that for a couple hours but you will be adding a little more time to the cook or try a amazen tray or tube for additional smoke

    I'm kinda wondering if I should of spent the money but also don't like the idea of holes in the hopper chute with whatever material that is exposed..I think masterbuilt will replace the material for 30 bucks but not the metal

    Yes it's not coming from masterbuilt.. they are saying it's supposed to burn through and the material behind it which looks like a fiberglass is supposed to last...
