    Has anyone moved from the 30 to the 40 and noticed that the amazen tubes or trays work better in them... with all the trouble I had with my 30 keeping them going so far it doesn't seem like a problem with the 40 your thoughts appreciated

    That's kinda my experience I just purchased a 40 and did the seasoning then some playing around with it..I noticed I don't get continuous smoke until about 225 where it burns to ashes..my 30 is the same way I to use the tubes in a mod I was just wondering if anyone expiernced anything different...

    Marinade overnight.. brown sugar,maple syrup and salt then smoked on 150 for two hours then turned up to 275 until done
