Hey everyone. I am thinking of smoking some babybacks, and have read a bit, but am still a bit confused... So I have a few questions.
1) At what temp should I be smoking them at, I have heard anywhere from 250-275 to 220-240 So what is the best temp?
2) What is best a 2-2-1, or a 3-2-1?

The liver flavor is very mild. I had been eatin boudin for a long bit before I ever knew that it had liver in it. If I knew I would have never tried it, good thing I didn't because it is one of my favorite things.. No need for nothin else when you got some boudin to chew on.
